Who we are

HamQSO is developed by Aurora di Elia Tolin (Aurora Digital), Italy. Contact: info@auroradigital.it.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use HamQSO on devices you own or control. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies; where they conflict, these terms prevail to the extent Apple allows. If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

HamQSO Pro subscription

• HamQSO Pro is an auto-renewable subscription, monthly or yearly. Price and length are shown in the app before purchase.
• The yearly subscription may include a 7-day free trial: unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the paid subscription starts.
• Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your Apple account settings (Settings › your name › Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Payments and subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own rules.

Using the app

• Posting spots and transmitting on the air require a valid amateur radio license: you are responsible for following the rules of your country.
• Spots and comments you post are visible to everyone on the DX Cluster, POTA and SOTA networks. Do not post offensive, false or unlawful content: we may block posting for anyone who abuses the service.
• Do not use the app to overload, circumvent or harm the services it connects to.

Data and availability

Spots, propagation forecasts and reference data come from public third-party services (DXFun Cluster, HamQTH, POTA, SOTAwatch and others). We do not guarantee that they are accurate, complete or always available, and features of the app may change or be discontinued over time.

Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms: the date at the top shows the latest version. Italian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory protections of the country where you live as a consumer.
